i used to be really interested in origami back when i was like 10 lol

do you do any modular origami? idk if that's the correct term, but they're the bigger origami structures that consist of multiple pieces of individual origami units interlocked together.

Ah, modular origami. I've never tried it, but I'm willing to give it a shot. In fact, I have a few sets of instructions for those... maybe I should try one?

So, I tried something new. I had these sheets of acetate and I thought I could just fold them like paper and make some transparent origami. Wrong. The acetate is so much thicker and stronger than normal paper. Each fold was like a battle. Regardless, I managed to make this cute lil' parrot. It's difficult to get a good photo, but I hope you like it!
